Our company focuses on equity management----the identification, creation and utilization of real estate equity. Millennium Holdings, LLC utilizes sophisticated proprietary software, along with highly specialized and tested practices that are designed to enhance property dynamics and uncover ‘hidden’ equity in real estate. An important component of our approach is the use of private money to quickly and efficiently secure and complete transactions. We work with our equity partners to provide terms that are attractive.

Capital Partnership

1. We provide proportionate equity per investment capital for our equity partners.
2. We provide our partners with an appraisal of the property and a completed set of closing documents.
3. We enlist a well-researched and qualified team of attorneys, certified property inspectors, brokers, property managers and leasing agents.
4. We provide quarterly payments and completed K-1 forms for annual income-tax reporting.
5. We handle all transactions through our attorney. All funds are wired directly to our attorney’s office and placed into an escrow account.
