Millennium Holdings LLC was formed as a result of the increasing need to collaborate with private lenders. These capital partnerships are structured in order to acquire, manage and provide favorable returns to those capital team partners in exchange for their investment dollars.

Millennium Holdings seeks to partner with accredited investors who choose to diversify available investment dollars in the commercial real estate market. Our current strategy is to invest in emerging markets by acquiring garden-style residential apartment complexes for long-term growth and appreciation.

Melanie Richards is the CEO of Millennium Holdings, LLC. She is a private Real Estate Investor with over 15 years of investment experience and additional training through AutoPilot, StreetSmart, The Commercial Training Academy and RE Mentor Programs. She plays an important role as the investment’s asset manager, coordinating various aspects of the deal while remaining focused on each investor’s interest.
